1. What Alchemy is
Alchemy is a mission-first partnership platform operated by The UpHer Room Inc. It introduces leaders and founders to one another on the basis of mission alignment, with personal identity withheld until both parties have confirmed a meeting.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the organization or initiative you describe in your profile. You agree that the mission, offer, and need you publish are truthful to the best of your knowledge.
3. The anonymous-by-design promise
Your real name, organization, photo, website, credentials, and contact information are stored privately and are not shown to other users until a match is confirmed and a meeting is on both calendars. You agree not to circumvent this — for example by writing your name into your mission statement, or by attempting to identify the owner of an anonymous profile through outside means.
4. Conduct
You agree to engage with other users in good faith. You will not harass, defame, or solicit other users for purposes outside the partnership context. You will not use Alchemy to spam, scrape, or scout for vendors, employees, or fundraising leads under false pretenses.
Any user can report another user. Three valid reports result in automatic account suspension.
5. Communication after a match
Once a match is confirmed and the introduction email is sent, any further communication takes place outside of Alchemy. We do not facilitate or store messages between matched parties.
6. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@bellatech.io. Upon deletion, your profile and identity fields are permanently removed; match history may be retained in anonymized form for service operation.
7. No warranty
Alchemy is provided as-is during the beta. We make no guarantee about the quality, fit, or outcome of any partnership formed on the platform. We are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or relationship that results from a match.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The UpHer Room Inc and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Alchemy.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms during the beta. Material changes will be communicated by email to your registered address.
